Seared Ahi Tuna with Hijiki Sauce
Who doesn’t love seared tuna but what really makes this dish in my opinion is the sauce. It’s creamy and has an Asian flare with hijiki seaweed, soy sauce and ginger. The tuna is cooked rare and crusted in sesame seeds. Yum!
